XRV10.20 Relief Valve
The XRV10.20 relief valve is one of the most important pressure control valves in hydraulic systems, primarily used to control system pressure and prevent overload. When system pressure reaches the set value, the relief valve opens, diverting part of the oil flow back to the tank, maintaining pressure near the set value. It functions as a "safety valve" in hydraulic systems, protecting pumps, actuators, and piping from overpressure damage.
Features
- Pressure Stability: Precisely controls system pressure with minimal fluctuation, ensuring smooth system operation
- Overload Protection: Automatically opens when system pressure exceeds limit, protecting hydraulic components from damage
- Multiple Configurations: Direct-acting and pilot-operated options available for different flow and pressure requirements
- Fast Response: Low pressure overshoot, excellent dynamic response characteristics
- Low Noise: Optimized flow path design reduces relief noise and vibration
- Multiple Pressure Ranges: Various spring options covering different pressure grades
