XPC08-30 Pilot Operated Check Valve
The pilot operated check valve is a special type of check valve that, in addition to standard check valve functions, incorporates a hydraulic pilot piston. When reverse flow is required, external pilot pressure pushes the piston to open the poppet, allowing reverse flow; when pilot pressure is released, the valve automatically returns to its one-way blocking function. It functions as a hydraulically controlled "oil circuit switch."
Features
- Bidirectional Control: Free flow in forward direction, reverse flow controllable via hydraulic pilot signal.
- Zero Leakage Holding: Poppet and seat utilize conical sealing, achieving zero leakage when closed, maintaining load position for extended periods.
- Multiple Pilot Ratios: Available in 1:1 to 1:7 control area ratios to suit different reverse opening pressure requirements.
- Internal/External Drain Options: Pilot piston cavity can choose internal or external drain to meet different circuit design requirements.
- Vent Function (Optional): Select models feature a vented poppet for unloading high-pressure load before pilot opening, reducing shock.
