XPS10.3301 Sequence Valve
The XPS10 series valve is a pressure control valve that automatically controls the sequence of actuator operations using system pressure changes. It functions as a "pressure switch" in hydraulic systems—when the inlet pressure reaches the set value, the valve opens, allowing pressure oil to flow to the secondary circuit, enabling multiple actuators to operate automatically in a predetermined sequence.
Features
- Sequence Control: Enables automatic operation of multiple actuators in predetermined sequence, simplifying hydraulic control systems
- Normally Closed Structure: Inlet and outlet are normally closed, opens when set pressure is reached
- Multiple Control Types: Direct-acting and pilot-operated options available for different flow and pressure requirements
- Check Valve Option: Parallel check valve creates a sequence valve with free reverse flow capability
- Drain Port Design: Requires separate tank line to relieve spring chamber pressure and maintain setting accuracy
- Balanced Piston Design: High-pressure models feature balanced piston design, insensitive to outlet backpressure for stable operation
