XO-Z0098 Pilot-Operated Unloading Relief Valve | Automatic Unloading for Energy Savings
A pilot-operated unloading relief valve is an intelligent pressure control valve that adds "automatic unloading" functionality to traditional relief valves. When system pressure reaches the set value, the valve opens and remains fully open, diverting the pump flow directly back to tank. This allows the pump to operate at near-zero pressure, significantly reducing energy consumption and heat generation.
Features
⚡ Significant Energy Savings: Pump operates at near-zero pressure during unloading, greatly reducing motor power consumption and system heat
🔄 Automatic Cycling: Remains fully open after triggering, automatically closes when pressure drops to reset value — ideal for intermittent operation
🎯 Fixed Reset Pressure: Reset pressure remains at a low fixed value (e.g., 45 psi) regardless of main pressure setting, ensuring reliable reseating
📈 High Flow Capacity: Pilot-operated design provides strong flow capability, up to 60 L/min
🛡️ Reliable & Durable: Hardened components designed for high-frequency cycling applications
